emas5 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using emas5 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the emas5 platform — including the website, mobile app, or any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the emas5 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use emas5 services.
- You must be a resident of Malaysia or have lawful access to this platform under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Account registration is subject to identity verification in accordance with platform requirements.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at emas5. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. emas5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account details.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Please notify emas5 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Emas5 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You are strongly advised to use a strong, unique password and to change it regularly.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the emas5 platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to exploit the platform's systems.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods that violate the applicable promotion terms.
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or other users' experience in any way.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the emas5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local payment methods available on the platform.
Emas5 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated and subject to additional verification.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the Wallet section of your account.
- Emas5 reserves the right to hold or decline any suspicious withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Bonus and promotional credits are subject to rollover requirements as specified in the respective promotion terms.
For any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Account Suspension, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Emas5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, emas5 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balance or promotional credits. The user's original deposit balance, where valid, will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance with our terms.
Liability Limits
Emas5 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or any issues beyond emas5's control.
The platform is provided "as is" and emas5 does not guarantee that services will operate without interruption or error at all times. emas5 strives to maintain high platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the emas5 platform are the exclusive property of emas5 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from emas5.
The emas5 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. emas5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Emas5 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the emas5 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
